Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If no fees were paid, liability is limited to USD $100.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory law, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
