Client Dashboard Access

Access to the Client Dashboard is restricted to authorized clients and partners. If you are granted access, you agree to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the file sharing features for professional business purposes only. You must not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, contains malware, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove files or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

File Storage & Backups

While we use industry-standard security for file storage, the Client Dashboard is designed for active collaboration, not permanent archival. You should maintain your own local backups of important documents. Sagebrush North is not liable for data loss or corruption.

Third-Party Infrastructure

The Service is hosted and secured using third-party infrastructure (including Vercel, Cloudflare, and MongoDB). By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers to facilitate the delivery of the Service.
