Sagebrush North LLC ("we") runs this website. This notice explains what personal data the website processes and why. Sagebrush North LLC is the controller of that data.

1. What We Process

  • Bookings: if you book a call, Cal.com processes what you enter in the booking form, and we receive the booking.
  • Messages: if you email us, we keep the correspondence.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider's request logs, short-lived records derived from IP addresses that protect the website from abuse, and cookieless usage and performance statistics.

2. Why, and on What Basis (EU/EEA/UK)

  • To arrange the calls you ask for and answer your messages (steps you asked for before a contract, or legitimate interests).
  • To run and secure this website (legitimate interests).

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors and stores nothing in your browser. The "Schedule a call" button opens Cal.com in a panel only when you click it; until then, nothing is requested from Cal.com. Inside the panel, Cal.com and its infrastructure provider set their own cookies, which we do not receive.

4. Who We Share It With

Vercel and our other hosting providers run this website, and Cal.com handles bookings. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. International Transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards where required.

6. Retention

Abuse-protection records expire within minutes. Bookings and correspondence are kept for as long as we need them to follow up, and are deleted on request.

7. Your Rights

EU/EEA/UK: you may ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and complain to your supervisory authority.

US: depending on your state, you may ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal data, or for a portable copy.

Email legal@sb-north.com to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your request. If we decline a US request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
