The public portion of this site does not use third-party analytics or advertising. We do not use tracking cookies for public visitors.

Client Dashboard

  • Files: Any documents or images you upload or that are shared with you through the platform.
  • Usage Logs: Internal logs of upload and download activity for security and auditing purposes.

We use an essential cookie (session_token) to maintain your secure session while logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the dashboard to function and is not used for cross-site tracking.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the Client Dashboard) and for our legitimate interests in securing and improving our services.

Data Usage & Security

We use your dashboard data solely to provide secure file sharing and collaboration services. We do not sell or rent personal data.

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services. Because we operate in the United States and work with global clients, your data may be processed securely outside your home jurisdiction.

Service Providers & External Assets

We use trusted third-party providers to operate and secure our Service:

  • Vercel: Hosting and Content Delivery Network (CDN).
  • Cloudflare: Security, CDN, and file storage (R2).
  • MongoDB: Secure database storage.
  • Google Fonts: Typography. Your browser may establish a direct connection to Google servers to load fonts.

We retain account data and files for the duration of our business relationship. You can request deletion of your account or data at any time by contacting us.
